Description: Mead O'Brien, a leading solution provider of valve automation, process instrumentation, and steam specialties is seeking a Sales Manager for it Calvert City, KY office, near Paducah, KY

The Sales Manager is responsible to promote Mead O'Brien's corporate culture, mission, and vision within the Western KY market.  He/She must be able to develop customer relationships and be knowledgeable of the territory's overall business environment including customer base, manufacturers, competition, workforce and business operations.  The Sales Manager is responsible for top-line revenue, operational costs, and financial performance.  Responsibilities include direct sales, sales management and supervision of branch employees.  In addition to providing technical solutions, this person should be able to identify opportunities through problem solving, qualifying, and meeting with customers.  Qualifications are engineering or sales experience with process instrumentation, valves & actuation, or steam specialties.  Degreed or related experience.
